Three Gardens is a blend of the three, tiny backyard vineyards we organically farm around Napa Valley. Grant Vineyard in the heart of Calistoga, Stanton Vineyard in southern St. Helena, and Bello Vineyard in Rutherford.
The stems smelled too good to remove from the grapes, so we fermented 50% whole-cluster and Lorenza tread them (Lucille Ball style) with her dainty, Italian feet. The effect on the fruit profile is really something special.
